Job Description : |
International Sales (Specialty Chemicals), reporting to CEO, will be responsible for achieving Exports Sales Targets of chosen Specialty Chemicals for assigned products and markets as well as new business development. The incumbent will be required to travel to discuss and negotiate contracts with suppliers, customers, external-manufacturing tolling plants to develop new business, liaise with external and internal stakeholders of the company and to ensure timely sales and collection as per agreed schedules.

Key Responsibilities : |
1. Export Sales
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans & Achievement of sales objectives
- Develop strong relations with key customers
- Play Lead role in exports shipments of Specialty Chemicals products in bulk, packed and containerized sales
- Define stocks, debtors, collections norms and adherence to the same
2. Business Development
- Product wise Market Research (incl. industry imports/exports) to identify market gaps for introducing new products
- Monitor Competition and Analyze Demand-Supply Balances of all COMPANY products in Target Specialty Chemicals Market.
- Business Intelligence to track imports/exports in target markets (Collect Market Information through Secondary Research, Subscribed News Databases and Industry Journals & Periodicals)
- Tracking Competitors (through their annual reports, balance sheets, news, other secondary sources)
- Support Strategy Formulation of the company
3. Financial Analysis
- Analyze company Performance using Financial and other Tools
- Analyze Product-wise Sale, Selling Prices, Trend Analysis, Variances in Purchase and Selling Prices, Quantities
- Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR) Presentations
