Requirements: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Analyst will be responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, operational metrics tracking, and analysis of purchases, receivables, and working capital data to enhance swift decision-making in the current business landscape. The role encompasses the analysis of past business performance and customer retention, conducting variance, trend identification, and offering recommendations for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze company performance using financial and other tools.
• Analyze product wise sales, selling prices, and conduct trend analysis.
• Analyze variances in purchase and selling prices, as well as quantities.
• Prepare Business Performance Review (BPR)presentations.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and track operational metrics.
• Analyze past results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to ensure satisfaction among creators, debtors and banks.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions of optimization.
• Identify and drive process improvements including creating standard and ad-hoc reports and excel dashboards.
• Enhance productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Conduct market research, data mining, and business intelligence activities.

Educational Qualification-

MBA in Accounting/Finance/Economics from reputed institutes in More than 2-4 years of Business finance or other relevant experience Strong fluency with MS Excel+ Strong analytical and data gathering skills ie Good Business Acumen.
